Provost's Distinguished Lecture: Dilma Rousseff is an economist who served as president of Brazil from 2010-2016. She was first woman to have held the Brazilian presidency. Before becoming president, Rousseff was Bazil's minister of energy and then chief of staff to president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (2003-2010). Learn more about her lecture here.
