Financial Operations
The Office of Academic Affairs - Financial Operations is responsible for the allocation of all Academic Affairs General Fund budgets, including faculty, staff, equipment and operating expense budgets, as well as Lottery, Faculty Grant and Contract Reimbursed budgets. Management of the Academic Affairs faculty budget includes: review of all faculty appointments for compliance with the Unit 3 Agreement, review and approval of faculty grant/contract appointments, and budgetary review of all new tenure/tenure track requests. In addition, the Office reviews and approves all Academic Affairs staff personnel appointments.

Market Salary Increase
Please use the link below to submit a Market Salary Increase (with or without an outside offer) request to the Provost for consideration. Be sure to have any required documentation available to load - CV, One page justification memo, and an official offer letter if applicable.
Applications with an outside offer will be reviewed and responded to within five working days. If a salary increase is granted, the Provost will determine the effective date.
Completed applications without an outside offer will be reviewed by the Provost office on a timely basis. Approved salary increases will be effective July 1 of the fiscal year following the receipt of the completed application.
